Getting some bright light exposesure during the day can actually help our circadian rhythms so that we sleep better," says Jennifer Veitch, an envrimonmental psychologist and senior research officer at the National Research Council Canada in Ottawa. Getting some natural light will help us reset our Circadian Rhythm (internal body clock that follows the Earth's day and night cycle), hich will help us with our moods and reset our time of sleep for our bodies.
