Finding Paragraph #2

I found out that our bodies need at least an hour or two of sunlight for us two for us to prevent the Seasonal Affective Disorder, which answers my question "Is there a treatment or prevention for us not to get the Seasonal Affective Disorder?" Jennifer Veitch a enviromental psycohologist and a researcher officer at the National Research Council Canada in Ottawa says "Getting some bright light exposure during the day can actually help our circadian rhythms so that we sleep better." This quote gave me an excellent look on how the weather will change us.
