Finding Paragraph #2
I found out that our bodies need at least an hour or two of sunlight for us two for us to prevent the Seasonal Affective Disorder, which answers my question "Is there a treatment or prevention for us not to get the Seasonal Affective Disorder?" Jennifer Veitch a enviromental psycohologist and a researcher officer at the National Research Council Canada in Ottawa says "Getting some bright light exposure during the day can actually help our circadian rhythms so that we sleep better." This quote gave me an excellent look on how the weather will change us.
Quote, Paraphrase, Citation #5
Getting some bright light exposesure during the day can actually help our circadian rhythms so that we sleep better," says Jennifer Veitch, an envrimonmental psychologist and senior research officer at the National Research Council Canada in Ottawa. Getting some natural light will help us reset our Circadian Rhythm (internal body clock that follows the Earth's day and night cycle), hich will help us with our moods and reset our time of sleep for our bodies.

"Absolutely!" "Weather really does affect us; it affects our energy, and it can affect our mood," according to Marti Erickson, founding board member of the Children & Nature Network. Marti is giving a background platform that mood is greatly affected by weather in many ways.
Quote, Paraphrase, Citation #3
"When it's hot and humid and sticky, it makes me feel exhausted," When i work outside in the heat, i get tired pretty quickly" says fifteen-year-old Sean F., a sophomore in Olney, Md. Sean is experincing a weather emotion from the heat outside. His mood would be classified as grumpy simply because its hot and sticky and he becomes tired pretty quickly which looks to irratate him.
Reflection pargraph on findings
The most important facts that i have learned are that women and children most get the disorder, Light therapy is an important key to getting rid of the disorder, and winter and summer are the two seasons that cause the most mixed emotions. The disorder most shows up in children at the age of at least 20. Now that i got a feel on my topic i have no further questions.
Reflection pargraph on findings #2
Researching my topic i found that the time period of the day doesnt affect a person's mood as much as i thought. I found out that the weather was the main cause of mood changing. looking through mayo clinic i found a disorder called SAD. SAD is a Seasonal Affective Disorder that affects mostly women and children's mood due to the changing of the seasons and weather. SAD is mostly affective to people who live in the northern regions of the world. If i were to classify this project i would set it at a moderate and challenging task because everything had to be posted at a certain date. I didnt like how everything had to be posted so close to together. If i had to do this project again i would choose a topic that was even more intresting than the one i had did for this project.
Reflection: It all comes to an end
At the beginning i wanted to see if the time of day will affect a person's mood and how they act. As i researched my topic i found out that the weather has more of an impact on the person's mood than the time of day. Progressing through many of my different sources i found out about the disorder called SAD(Seasonal Affective Disorder). SAD is when a person's mood change due to the weather and the changing of the seasons. The sources i have used to find these intresting infromation were MSN Heatlth, ABC News, Discuss Resource Library, and Psyhc Central. Theses sources were the most helpful in helping me research this intresting topic. The sources were very trustworthy and were proven to be safe sites to collect infromation from.

Graph/chart/map and citation
I couldnt find a chart or graph for my topic, but i have found statistics. According to statistics provided by the American Academy of Family Physicians, as many as six of every 100 people in the United States have winter depression or Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). Another 10% to 20% may experience some mild form of SAD. I have also found that SAD is mostly found in women more than men, although it is also found in some children and teenagers. SAD usually doesnt show until at least 20 years of age and decreases as you progress to get older. SAD is most common to people who live in northern geographic regions.

What I want to know about my topic
How can the time effect the emotion of a body?, What time effects a persons emotions the most?, and What kind of emotions does the time bring to people? These are some questions that i would like to know about my topic. I want to know the moods people get from the day, is it sad, happy, tired, or just plain normal. To figure the questions i have i will be looking into scientific research on my topic. I will also see if there has been any articles or recent articles on my topic. To see if my topic proves anything i will also test to see if my body experience any of these emotions. Is it the weather that changes people's emotions, or is it the time? I also would like to know do all people experience emotions that they receive due to the time? like when your taking a test, reading a books, or waiting for the school bell to ring. During these events i would be feeling bored or in a rush for the time to speed up.
